The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has launched SPREE 2025, a nationwide campaign to encourage unregistered employers to self-register themselves and all eligible employees under the ESI Scheme. This special initiative runs from 1st July to 31st December 2025, offering a one-time opportunity to expand social security coverage without any penalty, contribution, or legal action for past periods.

🎯 Who Will Benefit? | स्प्री 2025 का लाभ किसे होगा?
SPREE 2025 applies to factories and establishments with 10 or more employees in areas where ESIC is implemented. This includes:
- Shops, hotels, restaurants
- Cinema halls, road transport units
- Newspaper establishments
- Private medical and educational institutions
- Municipal corporations employing contract or casual labour
स्प्री 2025 का लाभ उन कारखानों और स्थापनाओं को मिलेगा जिनमें 10 या उससे अधिक कर्मचारी कार्यरत हैं। इसमें दुकानें, होटल, रेस्टोरेंट, सिनेमा हॉल, सड़क परिवहन इकाइयाँ, समाचार पत्र प्रतिष्ठान, निजी चिकित्सा और शैक्षणिक संस्थान, तथा नगर निगमों के संविदा या अनियत मजदूर शामिल हैं।

- Online registration via ESIC Portal, Shram Suvidha, or MCA Portal
- Exemption from past contributions and penalties
- No requirement for past records or inspections
- No legal action for previous non-compliance
नियोक्ताओं को मिलेगा:
- ESIC पोर्टल, श्रम सुविधा या MCA पोर्टल के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण
- पिछली अवधि के अंशदान और जुर्माने से छूट
- पुराने रिकॉर्ड या निरीक्षण की आवश्यकता नहीं
- पिछली अवधि के लिए कोई कानूनी कार्यवाही नहीं

- Medical care: Primary, secondary, and tertiary for self and family
- Cash benefits for sickness, maternity, injury, or death during employment

कर्मचारियों को मिलेगा:

The coverage of the employer will be considered from the date declared by the employer during SPREE 2025.
